What can I record?
You can record sales and expenses with an amount, category or description, payment status, and customer or supplier details when needed. You can also track partial payments, fully outstanding balances, and customer change.
Can I record a credit sale or partial payment?
Yes. When saving a record you can mark it as paid in full, partially paid, or fully outstanding. Daily Cashbook tracks the remaining balance and shows it on your Outstanding screen.
Can I use Daily Cashbook on my phone?
Daily Cashbook is a mobile-first web app you can install directly from your browser. Once installed it sits on your home screen and works like a native app, including offline recording.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Once installed you can record sales and expenses without a connection while your access is active. Pending entries are stored on your device and synchronized when an internet connection becomes available again.
Can I track money owed to me and money I owe?
Yes. The Outstanding screen separates customer receivables from supplier payables and customer change. You can search balances and record full or partial settlements.
